Babilou Family

Welcome to the Babilou Family whistleblowing portal

The trust families place in Babilou-Family is vital for our mission of supporting children alongside their parents. To uphold our commitment to ethical excellence, we’ve established a whistleblower system. This system offers a secure channel for employees, parents and third parties to report unethical behavior or serious concerns. It ensures compliance with internal rules and legal standards, reinforcing our dedication to all stakeholders and aligning with our core values.

By supporting this process, you will contribute to our journey toward becoming a leader in early childhood education.

Babilou Family Group is committed to strict compliance with laws and regulations and to enforce the rules set out in the Group’s Code of Conduct and Ethical Charter.

The whistleblowing system, accessible from this page, allows you to report information about a crime or an offence, a threat or harm to the public interest, a violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of applicable and binding law (laws, regulations, etc.), a breach of the Group’s Code of Conduct or a breach of Ethical Charter. You may only report the existence of behaviors or situations that contravene which you personally know about or have witnessed.

Only designated in-house contact managers will receive the information you send using the form. Each report will undergo rigorous investigation and detailed internal audit.

Your identity will remain confidential when submitting a report and throughout the procedure to process your report. In that case, you can track your report and communicate with the contact manager(s) using the confidential code generated by the platform at the time of transmission.

Important Notice: Please note that for your report to be admissible, it must be serious and factual. Your report is a significant step and may have implications for the individuals involved.

The admissibility of the report will be assessed based on the following criteria:
  • Does the report describe a detrimental situation?
  • Is the described situation sufficiently serious?
  • Do the reported facts contravene the law, regulations, or the code of conduct?
  • Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
  • Is the report disinterested and made in good faith?
  • Has the author of the report personally witnessed the reported facts?

Any abuse of the whistleblowing system may expose the reporting person to disciplinary sanctions or prosecution.
